1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or enrolling in any program offered by Reimagined, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our programs are open to freshers, graduates, and early-career professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. If you are under 18, enrollment requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must also agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Programs & Enrollment

Reimagined offers the following programs as permanent offerings:

• Ignition — A 3-hour online live session introducing the fundamentals of recruitment. Price: ₹399.
• Foundation — A 9-hour self-paced online program covering the complete recruitment cycle. Price: ₹3,999. This program is currently in waitlist enrollment mode; enrollment will be confirmed upon batch opening.
• Launchpad — A 30-day offline intensive program at Baner, Pune, providing hands-on recruiter training. Price: ₹30,000.
• Orbit — A 30-day training + 60-day internship at SR Primes, Baner Pune, with performance-based incentives and PPO eligibility. Shares its training cohort with Launchpad for Days 1–30. Price: ₹60,000. This program is currently in waitlist enrollment mode; enrollment will be confirmed upon batch opening.

Enrollment in any program is subject to seat availability. By completing the enrollment and payment process, you secure your seat in the respective program batch.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Reimagined does not store your card or banking details. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to these Terms.

4. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the program enrolled in:

• Ignition (₹399): No refunds after enrollment. If you miss the live session, a recording will be provided.
• Foundation (₹3,999): Refund terms will be communicated at the time of enrollment confirmation, once the waitlist opens.
• Launchpad (₹30,000): 100% refund if requested 7 or more days before the batch start date. 50% refund if requested 3–6 days before the batch start date. No refund within 72 hours of the batch start date.
• Orbit (₹60,000): Refund terms will be communicated at the time of enrollment confirmation, once the waitlist opens.

5. Program Delivery

• Ignition is delivered online via a live virtual session.
• Foundation is delivered online as a self-paced course. This program is currently in waitlist enrollment mode; enrollment will be confirmed upon batch opening.
• Launchpad is delivered offline at our training centre in Baner, Pune. Physical attendance is required.
• Orbit is delivered offline at SR Primes, Baner, Pune. Physical attendance is required for both the training phase (Days 1–30) and the internship phase (Days 31–90). This program is currently in waitlist enrollment mode; enrollment will be confirmed upon batch opening.

Reimagined reserves the right to reschedule a batch in exceptional circumstances. Enrolled students will be notified with reasonable advance notice. If a batch is cancelled or rescheduled by Reimagined and the new date does not suit you, you are entitled to a full refund — see our Refund Policy for full terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, course materials, videos, and tools — is the intellectual property of SR Primes / Reimagined. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Reimagined provides training and mentorship to help students build recruitment skills and portfolios. We do not guarantee employment or specific salary outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SR Primes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
