You train intensively for 30 days, then spend 60 days working as part of the SR Primes delivery team on live client mandates.

Same curriculum, same batch, same mentors as Launchpad. You train alongside the Launchpad cohort at our Baner office, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM.
60 Days Working on Live Mandates
After training, you join SR Primes as an intern on the delivery team. You work on real client mandates with real hiring deadlines and real accountability.

You join the Launchpad cohort at our Baner, Pune office, Monday to Friday. The first 10 days cover Boolean search, AI-assisted sourcing, and LinkedIn Recruiter, with daily standups and 1:1 mentorship from Pranav and Mrunal from day one.

Pranav Choudhari
Before SR Primes, Pranav ran a road construction company, and hiring was the problem that never went away: wrong-fit hires, delayed projects, work he ended up doing himself because staffing never came together. When he and Mrunal started SR Primes, neither of them was a trained recruiter. They sourced, screened, and closed candidates themselves, learning the job on live mandates, correcting real mistakes as they happened, the same way every recruiter is trained here today. That hands-on approach has since trained 120+ recruiters directly. Today, as Founder and CEO, Pranav still works client mandates himself while running the training and the technology SR Primes recruits on, technology he taught himself to build during the 2020 lockdown.
