How to request a refund
WhatsApp us at +918600499912 or email reimagined@srprimes.com with your name and enrollment details. Our team reviews each request individually against the terms below and will confirm the outcome directly with you.
Ignition — ₹399
No refunds after enrollment. If you miss the live session, a recording will be provided.
Foundation — ₹3,999
Foundation is currently in waitlist enrollment mode. Refund terms will be communicated at the time of enrollment confirmation, once the waitlist opens.
Launchpad — ₹30,000
- 100% refund — if requested 7 or more days before the batch start date.
- 50% refund — if requested 3–6 days before the batch start date.
- No refund — if requested within 72 hours of the batch start date.
Orbit — ₹60,000
Orbit is currently in waitlist enrollment mode. Refund terms will be communicated at the time of enrollment confirmation, once the waitlist opens.
General Notes
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days.
- Partial attendance or non-completion of a program does not entitle you to a refund outside the windows described above.
- If a batch is cancelled or rescheduled by Reimagined and the new date does not suit you, you are entitled to a full refund.
